Gravita Western, formerly part of Haines Watts, was managing its document storage through three different providers, leading to inefficiencies, inconsistent service levels, and unclear pricing structures. The client sought to:
- Streamline archiving processes
- Consolidate storage under a single provider
- Implement a standardised, transparent pricing model
Solution

- MDSS managed the entire uplift process of archive boxes without disruption
- End-to-end logistics coordination, liaising directly with each provider
- Transparent communication with the Customer throughout the process
Over a series of weeks, MDSS executed a phased uplift of all boxes. Upon arrival at our secure Cardiff facility, each box was individually registered and securely stored. All data was uploaded into our bespoke customer portal, with access granted to Gravita Western’s Senior Administration team for full visibility and control.
