We are seeking an individual with strong Account Management / Client Retention / Sales skills, to join a very well established and growing organisation within the records management industry, who pride ourselves on our core values of Secure, Compliant and Trusted. The ideal individual will share our passion of striving to provide service excellence to our clients and to maintain our exceptional reputation.
The role is to ensure strong and personable relationships are built and maintained with a large existing client base, from a range of different sectors – and to upsell all services to new and existing customers.
The successful individual should possess a professional, confident and courteous manner with strong telephone and face to face skills. Previous experience of selling to / or account managing Law Firms or Accountancies is desirable, although not essential. You should possess strong IT skills and be experienced with basic elements such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of SAGE CRM is desirable although full training will be provided.
To be successful within this position, you will have energy, drive, initiative and possess excellent time management skills. Working within a small team, you should be an excellent team player, have a willingness to learn and support colleagues where required.
Due to our location and the need to visit clients regularly, you will be required to have a full driving licence.
Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Operations Team, your role will include:
37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm)
*Please note, you may be required to work additional hours from time to time – usually when attending ad hoc business events.
